The staff was supportive. They arranged a place for me the first night and got me in for two nights. The location is good. The staff is helpful and FRIENDLY.
The room needs a refreshment. Check-in took a LONG time. Breakfast definitely needs to be improved. It felt too expensive for what it is.

the staff was really nice and helpful. they changed me to a wonderful room. the view from there was really fantastic , i was on the 5th floor. the breakfast was good.
the room had no lock , that was a problem. i told the receptionist , but it did not solve it. the carpets in the corridor smelled old and musty. the parking was full.

worn carpetbasic breakfast
the hotel seemed a bit worn. the carpet definitely needed replacing. breakfast was quite basic and i heard staff restricting juice refills, that seemed a bit much. also, my room being near the breakfast area meant noise started early, so i didn't sleep well.

the staff were very helpful and friendly, i felt welcome. i was offered a free beach umbrella rather than paying for one (a nice touch!). the hotel was very clean overall. the pool seemed nice too.
the hotel is showing its age, so some upgrades could be beneficial.

the room included a tv (i didn't use it) and a fridge. daily cleaning service kept everything tidy. the beds were comfortable enough for a good sleep.
